Your Team at South Wind | Frankin, TN

Austin maintains the grounds at South Wind with pride! He is currently enrolled at MTSU in Murfreesboro to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. In his spare time he hangs out with friends and enjoys playing board games. Austin worked at Pet Smart before working here at the Wind and loves to rescue animals. He adopted a kitten and has a ton of fish. Sounds like he is becoming an animal expert! Austin is the newest addition to South Wind and we are fortunate to have him on our South Wind TEAM!

Greg handles work orders and prepares apartments for move in! He is currently enrolled at MTSU in Murfreesboro to pursue a degree in Business Management. It was accounting, but he decided to go a new direction since working at South Wind. He is a Vols Fan! In his little bit of spare time he hangs out with friends and enjoys playing board games. Greg likes to come up with his own phrases, currently he says “Go Ham” and laughs. It makes everyone laugh even though were not quite sure what he is really saying. Greg has been at South Wind for over a year and started as a Groundskeeper and made his way up to a Service Tech. We are fortunate to have him on our South Wind TEAM!

Tim takes care of most all work orders and has the most upstanding customer service. The South Wind residents continuously express their happiness with him. Tim has been at South Wind since August 2007 and always works with a smile! He recently purchased a new car and the residents are as happy about it as he is. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports. He is a Vanderbilt fan, but Greg seems to be ok with that. Tim is a great person to work with and is a great asset to the South Wind TEAM!

Clint is the "new kid on the block"! He recently moved to Tennessee from Alabama. In his spare time he hangs out with his 5 year old son, Peyton, and likes playing golf and tennis. He also enjoys college football and is an Auburn Fan. Clint is engaged and plans to marry sometime in the next year. Clint is already fitting in well with the TEAM!

Mike takes care of the leasing and marketing. He has been working at South Wind for a total of 5 years. He started as a Clubhouse Attendant and moved on up! He is married to his wonderful wife Jennifer and feels blessed to have two adorable girls, Olivia Layne and Lilah Rose. Mike works full time at South Wind and Part Time for UPS. In his free time (which is not a lot if you ask Mike) he enjoys watching football, baseball and Nascar. Wow, he stays really busy! He enjoys just hanging out with his friends and family too. Mike is the front man for the South Wind TEAM!

Lori takes care of all resident files and rental payments. She has been working at South Wind going on 20 YEARS! “YAHTZEE!” So, we could assume the “trial phase” is over and Lori truly loves what she does. Lori has seen a second generation of South Wind residents. She enjoys traveling, reading, and plays a mean bass on Guitar Hero. Lori is known by everyone for her Grabber Orange Mustang. Lori is the glue that holds together the South Wind TEAM!

Abby oversees the running of the property, for the most part. She has been working at South Wind for a total of 5 years. She loves her job and feels comfortable taking time off knowing the rest of the South Wind Team will handle things while she is out. Abby enjoys taking her 3 kidos to the zoo, water park and playing WII with the family! Abby prides herself in keep the morale up for the South Wind TEAM!
