Workout Smarter, Not Harder

I usually go to the gym after work.  I’ll be honest I’m so exhausted that often times I would just rather skip the workout. But I don’t.  I try to get in  and leave just as quickly, but still get a good work out.  The key to success is coming up with a plan.
